Tell us what you intend to purchase
Choose the exact commodity and specify grade or commercial use, requested quantity in metric tonnes, crop-year preference, shipping window, destination and packing. If you have a technical specification or purchase-request document, upload it only through the approved form after privacy and file-security checks are enabled.
Identify the buying company
A company name, business email and purchasing role help distinguish genuine procurement from speculative enquiries. We may contact you to clarify missing details. Do not upload identity documents or sensitive bank information in the first-stage form unless specifically requested through a secure channel.
What happens after submission
You will receive a neutral acknowledgement rather than an invented promise of a quotation. If the request appears legitimate and a compliant exporter is available to consider it, an introduction may follow. Otherwise we may explain that we cannot source the specified product or route.
Before you send commercially confidential information
Read the privacy notice to understand which details can be shared with exporters and how you can request removal or correction. This sourcing service does not arrange payment for goods, collect deposits or guarantee any third-party transaction.
Frequently asked questions
Technical and commercial answers below are general sourcing guidance. Actual contracts and current destination rules prevail.
Do I have to choose a delivery term?
You can select Not sure and state the destination. A supplier can propose a suitable Incoterm for consideration.
Is my RFQ a legal purchase order?
No. It is an initial sourcing request unless separate written terms say otherwise.
Can I upload specification sheets?
This is planned for a secure controlled form; availability must be confirmed in the actual site implementation.
