How Eurasia Pulses Handles Buyer RFQs

See how a buyer inquiry is reviewed, matched where feasible and introduced to a suitable independent exporter.

Submit a detailed RFQ

Step one: describe the actual purchase

Use the RFQ form to state product, end use, target specification, volume, destination, shipment window and company identity. An incomplete inquiry may require clarification. A request is not automatically a purchase order, and completing the form does not reserve any cargo or set a fixed price.

Step two: relevance and counterparty screening

We assess the completeness and apparent commercial purpose of the request. Where appropriate, we consider the destination, prospective counterparties and legal feasibility. We do not knowingly introduce prohibited transactions or promise approvals beyond our competence. Additional checks may be required before forwarding commercially sensitive information.

Step three: supplier introduction

If we have a suitable exporter willing to evaluate that request, we may share relevant details with that supplier subject to the privacy notice and contact preferences. The exporter determines whether it can quote, what evidence it can provide and how long its offer remains valid. We are not automatically a party to the eventual sales contract.

Step four: negotiate and document independently

The buyer and chosen supplier should agree quality, Incoterm, documents, inspection, payment, delivery and dispute terms in writing. For significant orders, engage qualified trade, banking and customs advisers. The sourcing service is measured on meaningful introductions, not inflated claims about contracts that were never confirmed.
