A buyer request should be specific enough to quote
We focus on actionable inquiries rather than generic traffic. The RFQ is designed to include commodity, grade, quantity, destination, shipment window, company identity and intended purchase timing. Exporters should be able to reject irrelevant requests rather than paying for broad or unqualified contact data.
What an exporter needs to disclose
To join the consideration list, provide the legal company name, official website, commodities handled, typical trading territories, shipment options, contact for export quotations and evidence of applicable authorisations or product capability. Do not provide misleading certificates, brand relationships or prices unsupported by actual stock.
How pilot cooperation can work
An initial trial may share a small number of qualified RFQs without a charge, subject to explicit consent and the written pilot terms. Any later pay-per-lead, membership or success-fee arrangement requires prior commercial agreement on qualification criteria, invoicing, duplicate handling, refunds and attribution. The website does not imply a binding price or commission until documented.
Supplier checks and response quality
A useful supplier profile is maintained as verified facts, dates and gaps, not as a paid marketing label. Timely quotations and transparent changes in availability protect both the importer and the exporter. We may suspend introductions to parties that fail legal, authenticity or product checks.
